I have been coming to OffPrimary for about a year now, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience has been. I originally came in for haircuts and general styling needs and have been working with Priscilla, who is incredible. She helped me understand my hair, how to care for it, and guided me through my first experience with extensions, which has truly been a dream come true. Since I had never had extensions before, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Priscilla was so kind and walked me through the entire process. We started conservatively and added more as I became comfortable...and now I LOVE THEM, and I'm constantly getting compliments on my hair. Everyone at the salon is accommodating and welcoming. Jules, the owner, introduced themselves to me right away, and their warmth was immediately apparent. I am so happy here:)

I recommend Julia! She has been my stylist since 2014 and I keep coming back. Many many bang trims, touch ups, and large chops. Two big chops! She helped me donate my hair! I always trust my girl. I now live in LA and will not get my bangs cut unless I am going to NYC specifically to go to Julia ~ bangs currently grown out ;(
