The best studio I’ve ever been to! Both Michelle and Shiv are beyond welcoming and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. The space is clean, beautiful, and full of light. The salon is in a great location as well. Michelle is extremely skilled at coloring and takes the time to really understand what you want, and then delivers above and beyond. Shiv makes getting a haircut a luxurious experience with great communication and expertise. The vibe between Michelle and Shiv is infectious and lights up the salon. You can tell they’re great friends. If you’re looking for a modern, skilled, beautiful salon in Chicago, this place is for you!

I have trusted michelle with my hair for years and she has yet to let me down! She has always given honest input on what shades of blonde look best on me and shows true professionalism through her advice. I have seen Shiv for cuts and styles a few times and have been equally blown away as well. She never cuts more than im comfortable with and always gives her professional advice when needed! Consultations are always very thorough at Shea DeCoste Studio and I have never felt pressured to make changes with my hair that I dont want. These two women are incredibly talented and have outstanding work ethic. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my hair needs!
