She always takes the time to really listen to exactly what I’m looking for, while also giving honest and professional insight about what will and won’t work best for my hair. I genuinely appreciate that feedback because sometimes the vision I have in my head wouldn’t actually achieve the look I’m hoping for — and Jenn completely gets that. I initially posted a review about my consultation with Kathryn, which was my first visit, and I was very impressed. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and it is a nice atmosphere. Donna is so talented with all kinds of hair. I love that she cuts my curly hair dry when I first arrive to allow my curls and waves to guide and "speak to her" then after a wash she perfects the look. I am so grateful for her loving attention and her awesome sense of humor and intelligence!
