I hadn't had a real haircut, just the minimal trim, in 4 years after a bad experience at another salon, so this was a big step for me. I have waist-length, thin, fine hair that desperately needed a refresh. I originally booked a wash and cut but decided when I arrived that I only wanted a dry cut, and they made no issue of it at all. Morgan listened carefully and only cut exactly what I asked for, exactly as I asked for it; which I truly appreciated. She was personable, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. I also had my 18-month-old with me, and Morgan was incredibly patient and accommodating when she got fussy. She adjusted the stroller so I could see her better and never made me feel like it was a burden. It was on the higher end of pricing for a dry cut but you get what you pay for: a great haircut, an even better stylist, and a welcoming environment. I'II definitely be back and no longer dread the thought of a hair salon.

I wanted a spring friendly hairstyle change and with Victoria’s magic hands, this is one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Hairstylist normally see a picture and go with it, but Victoria looks at it and asks questions, makes suggestions and is with you every step of the way. I had very long hair and wanted a pixie. Her suggestion of working our way up to a pixie was the best decision we agreed to and she transformed it into a bixie (bob/pixie). I also enjoyed how she took her time with the length, texture, and at home care. She was able to communicate her vision of my haircut before it was completed, which made me more comfortable about the big change. I can’t wait for my color appointment!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I have to share the experience that I had at Elizabeth Claire today. I got the Milbon Scalp Treatment with Loreal and it was AMAZING!!! If you love getting massages you will love this!!! My hair feels so soft, clean and shiny. I can’t wait to go back! It’s also a great gift idea to give someone this holiday season. HIGHLY recommend this treatment… and of course use Kristin for color!!! You won’t regret it!
