I recently graduated from USC and wanted to celebrate this life achievement with a nice watch. I had been researching different options for a while and I decided on getting a Tag Heuer. (Fun sidenote, Obama had decided on a Tag Heuer watch when he finished Law school in the 90s.) I had heard great things about Jewelry Pavilion at the Blocc, so I reached out to them regarding watch models that I was considering. Since graduating, I have moved out of LA but I travel back here often, so I decided to contact Jewelry Pavilion. At first, I communicated with Jewelry Pavilion by email and phone. Andrew, Moses, and Kai were very helpful and super knowledgeable, so I decided to visit the store in person to try on some watches. After seeing the watches in person, I was ready to purchase one. Moses made sure to size and fit the watch perfectly for my wrist, taking into consideration the winter season and how the watch would fit my wrist in the summer season. He also gave me comprehensive instructions on how to set the date and time, as well as how maintain an automatic watch. The store location is in a nice shopping center in DTLA. They provided me with expert knowledge and were absolutely personable and hospitable during the whole process. Thank you Andrew, Moses, and Kai for an excellent experience.

Immediately upon entry, I was greeted by Kai. As this was my second time visiting Jewelry Pavilion, he remembered me from a previous visit where I had initially shared an interest in a Hamilton Field Murph. This time, I entered with the utmost certainty that I would be purchasing a timepiece. As I made my intentions clear and started expressing why I was so interested in the watch, a quiet fire ignited within Kai’s eyes — he could speak watch functionality with a younger gentleman interested in the craft. Meanwhile, Andrew, who had briefly come into the main room to kindly greet me, was preparing my watch for purchase. During the process, we explored other parts of their inventory across Seiko, Tissot, and King Seiko. These guys have been around for 37 years and have acquired a wealth of knowledge. I really enjoyed my experience at Jewelry Pavilion. I needed a new wristband for my Luminox watch and Jewelry Pavilion had a solid wristband that was the right fit. The price was decent and they installed it for me right away. I had a pleasant experience dealing with the shop owners and also browsed some of their watches while waiting, which were priced appealingly. Definitely a good place to do business with and I will be back if I have any watch needs.

I had a good experience here replacing my Luminox wristband. Luminox is a good watch with terrible wristbands - the original and replacement both broke. So I got a "Vegan leather" one here, which they installed and it's been very satisfactory. They also sell a variety of new watches, such as Tag, Seiko, Longines and others (check out their website). Nice place to buy a watch or get one serviced - owners are good people, always a positive experience here.
