I absolutely love this salon because of Fae. She’s managed to transformed my hair to the healthiest it’s ever been while maintaining my blonde. She takes my requests seriously and manages to elevate exactly what I want. Her haircuts are incredible, she shapes them to compliment my face every time. She has also coached me on my hair health journey making it the softest/most hydrated it’s ever been. I don’t trust anyone with my hair as much as her. The front desk girls are also the sweetest.

Tried to color my hair @ home & it turned dark green! Went to Gem & they handle my crisis with their creative team. They worked together, Olivia, Vivian, Ciera, and then Jordan did the final multi tonal color: brown roots and striking blonde highlights to give dimension to my new shorter haircut. They truly rescued me from a hair coloring disaster.🥰
