I came in with completely butchered haircut and meh color from another reputable salon. Thank you to the vision and talent of Carla and her assistant they did a complete makeover for me. Not only that they actually cared and it showed I was not just a number. She brought me back to my natural dark blonde (Mushroomy)hair color, which is so hard to nail, and she gave me the best refreshing cut to start brand new and fresh into a New Year. I am forever thankful for the visionary and caring touch of Carla Lorenz and Jenna Perry team provided. It was therapeutical experience to say the least. They have a special crew there!!! I went to Ariel for color and Scott for a cut for the first time. Both of them were outstanding. They were kind, honest, meticulous and truly made me feel so comfortable. I walked out of the salon feeling so good. I absolutely will be going back to them both as their talent is incredible. Valentina was also the sweetest assistant. The space is really lovely and everyone in the salon was great. I cannot wait to go back!

Every time I go to the city I need to stop at JPH for a refresh. Jaclyn always slays my hair and knows exactly what I’m looking for without having to show a million inspo pics. Everyone there is so nice and the vibes couldn’t be better! If you’re in the area or if you need to travel (which I do) JPH is worth it.

Front desk staff were warm and friendly upon entrance and exit. Brittany was receptive to the inspiration photos I showed her and nailed the cut I was going for. She was also very personable during the entire appointment. Would definitely be back and book with her again.
