Heavenly Creatures is unique in my experience because I can see ANY stylist and get an incredible haircut. I recently had to do just that due to my schedule, and there was no tension or weirdness in the room — the stylists are a genuine team at HC. I have curly hair, and WOW, do they get curls here. I highly encourage prospective clients to look at the IG accounts of the stylists and the shop. I was impressed with so many gorgeous cuts on such a diverse range of textures. These people know what they are doing! The vibe of the salon is deliciously come-as-you-are. No pushing, no judging, just lots of plants, lots of caffeine, heated massage chairs at the shampoo station, beautiful art, and a very cool bathroom! The cut is well worth the cost with any of the stylists and lasts a very long time.

After months of walking past Heavenly Creatures, I finally booked an appt last summer with M for a haircut. She did an amazing job, was super easy to talk to, and I’ve been going ever since. The space itself is so relaxing and everyone was really helpful and nice. One time when I was in, wedding planning and all the overwhelm in trying to get things together came up. M offered that herself and Claudia could do hair for myself, my partner and the wedding party. I’m so happy I did this! Claudia and M did such an amazing job on everyone’s hair (and makeup too!) and everyone looked amazing. They both kept the day stress-free and relaxed and did exactly what me and my partner were envisioning. Now that the wedding is over, I can’t wait to go back again for a haircut and color soon!

I had been searching high & low for a hair salon in Providence, never feeling quite comfortable or at ease until I found Heavenly Creatures Salon. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable for the high caliber of stylists, and the vibe of the entire salon is welcoming to all. Jae Shark has quickly become the only stylist I book and is a master of all hair textures and styles. I look forward to our appointments and know that when I get up from her chair, I'll walk out feeling and looking fresh. I’ve been seen Meghan at Heavenly Creatures for a little over a year now. I came to her after trying to change my hair cut with my previously stylist and repeatedly being talked out of it. I told Meghan what I wanted to do and she was all in! She cut a beautiful shag and I have not gone back since. The salon is super affirming, cozy, and beautiful. Everyone there is very nice and the prices are fair. Would highly recommend for anyone feeling like they aren’t being listening to at their current salon.

HC is a beautiful salon in all ways. I see Kate for color and cut- she is a wizard with the razor and her lived in color approach has my hair looking its best. I love the feel of the salon- artsy and relaxing- plus strong women up on current events, community and helping others feel good! Everyone is kind and warm. Can't say enough- just book!
