I cannot thank Sara and Ame Salon enough for the life-changing results I’ve experienced! After struggling with alopecia and hair loss, I was feeling hopeless until I found this salon. Sara is - AMAZING. Anything she does - touches - puts her awareness on - turns to pure gold. She has such impeccable intent - you can FEEL it when you walk into her space just off Montana in a lovely part of Santa Monica. While early in my process - I feel that we are on the right track with my hair growth process. I received three treatments of the Alma TED with Sara and am so happy that I did! After the second treatment, I had a noticeable improvement in my hair density and after the third, my shedding had majority subsided. My hair looks healthier and fuller and is no longer falling out excessively. Also to note that I haven't been using any topicals or taking any hair supplements, so the improvement is fully from the TED, making it not just effective but also extremely low maintenance.

The best in Los Angeles! I’m very picky because I’ve had so many bad haircut experiences in my life (my hair tends toward thin and fairly lifeless and has cowlicks galore). Literally used to wait until I was flying back to New York for a haircut, after trying a couple folks in LA with limited success. Needless to say I would go anywhere to have Sara cut my hair…but I’m so glad I don’t have to drive too far :) Super cute salon too!

I’ve been looking for a new hair salon since moving to Santa Monica. I tend to avoid getting my hair cut because of prior bad experiences with stylists that don’t cut my curls properly but I came here after seeing positive reviews about Elana. The whole experience was so positive, I loved her energy and my cut was so perfect, I left feeling on cloud nine! The salon itself was also very inviting, clean, and cute!
