I booked a full foil highlights and haircut with Karla at Finale hair studio. This was my first time working with Karla and going to Finale after leaving my well-loved, long-time hair studio as a result of moving back to Long Island. I'm happy to report that I had an amazing experience -- Karla was able to fit me in prior to a holiday and she did a fantastic job assessing my needs and desired color/style then making it happen. She was attentive to me as her client, honest with expectations and recommendations, she carried conversation but didn't impose it, and she truly made me feel transformed by the "reveal." I have received so many compliments. The studio is clean and stylish. On a busy day with so many clients and staff around (and a resident canine hostess <3), there was still plenty of space with a comfortable atmosphere. Julie (if I'm remembering her name correctly!), who washed my hair 2x, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional as well. Tip: bring cash with you for your services, not just gratuity. Looking forward to my next color/cut with Karla!

Emma did a FANTASTIC job on my hair! The cut and color is pure perfection! It was my first time here and I couldn’t be happier. I was looking for a new hair salon, was driving by and found this gem! The minute I walked in I noticed how polished, clean, beautiful and charming the salon is. I was immediately greeted and everyone was helpful and polite. I was referred to Emma and she understood exactly what I wanted. The staff make an effort to provide comfort and great service whether it is offering a hot or cold beverage to being pleasantly professional. Which is rare in today’s society. I have been an extremely happy customer for almost 20 years. Lenny, Summer, Brielle, all the Stylists and staff are amazing. Lenny is an artist and will explain the style that would be best for your head shape and face. Of course he will style to your wishes until you finally come to your senses and walk out of the salon looking and feeling like a Goddess! I get highlights 2-3 times a year that are always flawless and beautiful. I get compliments on my hairstyle and color from strangers often. Everyone is friendly and very welcoming making you feel super comfortable.

I am so happy to have found Finale!! Everyone I have encountered there has been really wonderful. Emma is an amazing colorist. She takes the time to make sure I am satisfied with the color or is ready with ideas of how we can change it up. Lenny cuts my hair. He is so talented. It is amazing how many compliments I get on my hair and the cut/style. I am so happy with my hair style. The girls that work in the shop from the desk to the sink really make you feel at home and comfortable. If you are looking for a change and need a new salon - Finale is a great spot!!!

I received a beautiful haircut from Lenny, the owner. He listened to my ideas and discussed what would work best with my natural hair, the shape of my head and the natural flow of my hair.
