Kate has been my hairstylist for nearly a decade. I am so grateful for how she approaches each session with individuality. She carefully thinks about what you’ll do with a cut/style when you leave her space not just when she does it. With Kate, I never feel like I’m walking out and my hair will never look that good again. She’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and a true gem to spend time with while she’s fixing you up. One of my favorite aspects is that she realizes that time with her is self-care and she leans into making space for relaxation and comfort. Everyone that I refer to her is consistently impressed.

Kate is not only an uber-talented stylist but is also a truly fabulous person. I almost manually added "chair therapy" on the list of services I receive because my sessions with her are always full of delightful gabbing...IYKYK. I've used her services for six years now, including for cuts, highlights, balayage, hair loss consultation and updos for special events, and she's cut my children's hair many times. Her new studio is lovely, calming and thoughtfully appointed. If you're looking for a new stylist you'll want to stick with for years, Rock Paper Scissors is your place.
