Beyond her talent, Lizzy is genuinely kind. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you sit down, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. The atmosphere at Salt & Sun is also so lovely — bright, calm, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place you look forward to visiting. I’ve been searching for a stylist like Terah for yearrrrrrs!!! Hands down, best shag razor cut I’ve gotten yet! And I’ve have many. I echo what everyone else has said.. her attention to detail is unmatched. She spent a lot of time texturizing and rechecking. She’s very knowledgeable and been in the green salon industry a long time so that was a bonus! She listened to all my concerns, and executed every. single. one. I wanted a cut that was low maintenance on styling and did exactly that. Could not recommend her enough. And def consider seeing her for a razor cut!

I had a curly cut and color service with Michaela. She was amazing!!! Michaela is super knowledgeable about curly cuts which is rare to find in a lot of stylists I’ve had that disrupted my curl pattern which was really disheartening. I was going darker. My hair is brunette, but was dyed red with boxed dye. Michaela did an exceptional job fixing the disconnect in my curls and giving them body and layers. She understood the assignment of getting my hair that LOVES to hold red to the dark chestnut I’ve always wanted with no stubborn red hue anymore!

Terah at Salt & Sun is a master with color and cuts! Not only is her level of professionalism, knowledge, skill and attention to detail outstanding, she is friendly, genuine, listens and offers thoughtful suggestions while respecting my preferences. The salon is very relaxing and clean. It is always a treat to spend time there! Terah also provides a color analysis service in which she will identify the season and colors that best complement your skin tone, hair color, and eye color. This was also a great experience with her!

She has worked on my hair for over 10 years in Richmond, VA and the number of people who would ask me who did my hair is countless. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair color, especially balayage, hair health and hair cuts. I will be traveling to Wilmington to continue working with her!
